傳勞乃成被挖角 陸軍：毫無所悉

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北22日電）前陸軍航特部飛官勞乃成涉嫌帶親友參觀阿帕契直升機獲檢方不起訴。陸軍官員今天受訪表示，勞乃成目前擔任航特部後勤官，表現認真，對媒體報導指稱以色列挖腳訊息毫無所悉。

勞乃成涉嫌帶親友前往營區參觀阿帕契直升機，藝人李蒨蓉等人在機棚廠跟阿帕契合影並坐進駕駛艙、模擬駕駛，引發爭議。軍方當時處分共記2大過調離現職、法辦，年度會依規定將之淘汰。

不過，桃園地檢署以國防部認定陸軍航空第601旅駐地並非要塞、堡壘，也使得拍照照片、飛行頭盔等不被列為軍事機密，勞乃成等15人獲不起訴處分。

有媒體報導，以色列透過管道與勞乃成聯絡，表達勞乃成若被迫提前退伍，以方非常有誠意聘請前往以色列，擔任AH-64E阿帕契直升機案的專案顧問。

陸軍官員今天受訪指出，「毫無所悉」，他表示，勞乃成目前擔任航特部後勤官，表現認真積極，也坦然接受司法調查，希望外界多幫他加油打氣，對於傳聞，官員認為是空穴來風，希望「謠言止於智者」。

陸軍官員表示，勞乃成會否汰除將視年度考評而定，若勞乃成考核為後5%則達汰除標準。勞乃成遭監察院彈劾，但目前公懲會尚未做出懲處；另一方面，若勞乃成在這段期間有所表現，也不排除可「將功折過」，因此他不敢論斷勞乃成最後是否會被汰除。
